  • 44.7% of candidates would not apply for a job if the salary was not specified in the ad.
  • 95.5% want employers to acknowledge they’ve received their application.
  • 38.7% would be less likely to interact with a brand in the future if they apply for a job and don't hear back from the company.
  • 48.8% want to communicate with employers via text messages.
  • 67.8% prefer either an in-person (36.3%) or hybrid work environment (31.5%).
