Bluepoint coaches challenge clients to significantly raise their game as leaders.

We approach clients with this perspective, and hold them accountable to make the personal changes necessary to raise their effectiveness as a leader.

1.Executive Coaching

Executive leadership coaching provides senior-level clients with a 6-month coaching program that is tailored to their specific development needs. Clients are challenged to do a deep self-examination, to seriously consider multiple sources of feedback, to adopt high-impact leadership practices, and to make the personal changes necessary to step up to a whole new level of performance as an executive leader.

Components of this engagement can include: 

  • access to a full suite of assessments
  • feedback from key stakeholders
  • goal setting and action planning
  • weekly coaching calls tailored to the needs of the client

Executive leadership coaching is designed for senior management and C-suite executives.

2.Personal Impact Coaching

In these personalized coaching assignments, clients are matched with skilled coaches who will help them lift their leadership to new levels. This coaching is focused strictly on outcomes such as “What does the client need to do to have a bigger impact on the issues most important to his or her team and organization?”

Components of this engagement can include: 

  • An initial 3-hour session to set objectives and expectations for what success will look like at the conclusion of the assignment
  • A full suite of assessments selected according to need
  • 10 1-hour coaching sessions over a 6 to 9 month duration
  • Pre-engagement stakeholder interviews and midterm and full-term progress reports from the client to sponsors/stakeholders (optional at additional cost)

Personal Impact Coaching is designed for individual contributors and mid-level leaders

3.Leadership Assessment Coaching

This engagement provides clients with the opportunity to receive direct and relevant feedback from one of Bluepoint’s highly regarded 360 assessments. Participants will work with a leadership coach to interpret the feedback and apply the insights for maximum development.

Components of this engagement can include: 

  • Access to any of Bluepoint’s 360 assessments—namely, the Leader as Coach Inventory (LCI), the Leadership Emotional Intelligence Assessment (LEQ), and the Leadership Essentials Inventory (LEI).
  • Two coaching sessions with a Bluepoint Leadership coach. The first session will help the client interpret the report and internalize the feedback. The second session will focus on creating an action plan that will help the client apply the insights from the feedback they received.

Leadership Assessment Coaching is designed for all individual contributors and leaders

4.Learning Application Coaching

This three-session coaching engagement follows a Bluepoint Workshop and is intended to help the client implement their learning from the workshop into their day-to-day work and transform their new skills into habits.

Components of this engagement can include:  

  • Session One: Help workshop graduates identify their most important commitments coming out of the Bluepoint workshop as well as create ambitious leadership development plans to meet those commitments.
  • Session Two: Explore ways to accelerate the change process to meet those commitments.
  • Session Three: assist the client to plan for sustained new leadership habits.

Learning Application Coaching is designed for graduates from any workshop or event 

5.Virtual Leadership Consults

Virtual Leadership Consults typically follow a workshop and are intended to assist leaders in transforming their new leadership skills into habits. During these sessions, leaders have the opportunity to clarify their action plan, identify ways to operationalize their individual and team learning, and practice their leadership skills. Leaders are encouraged to engage in coach-like conversations in which they challenge each other to keep their development commitments and identify ways to better tackle the most strategic challenges facing the business.

Components of this engagement can include:

  • A series of two to six 90-minute Virtual Consults led by a Bluepoint Facilitator.
  • Pre-read documents and/or videos to spark conversations and ensure new learning continues throughout the process.

Virtual Leadership Consults are designed for graduates from any workshop or event

6.Coaching Circles

This coaching engagement follows and is intended to help the client implement their learning from the workshop into their day-to-day work and transform their new skills into habits.

During these coaching sessions, leaders will have the opportunity to clarify their action plan, identify ways to operationalize their individual and team learning and practice their coaching skills. These sessions are tailored for leaders to engage in coach-like conversations in which they encourage and challenge each other to keep their development commitments and identify ways to better tackle the most strategic challenges facing the business.

Components of this engagement can include:  

  • A series of two to six 90-minute Coaching Circles led by a Bluepoint Coach.
  • Pre-read documents and/or videos to spark conversations and ensure new learning continues throughout the process.
