What are the training recordkeeping requirements for Safety and Health programs?

Training recordkeeping requirements vary by OSHA standard. In general, training documentation should include the date and time of the session, the trainer’s name and qualifications, and the attendees. Additionally, each employee should have an individual record of their completed training. Some training topics (i.e. forklifts, PPE, bloodborne pathogens, etc.) require more specific documentation and you can find those requirements in the publication: Training Requirements in OSHA Standards.
