A California Nonprofit Gets a Boost From Better HR Tech

Not all HR and payroll tech is made equal. One nonprofit suffered from a limited HR system that slowed and strained onboarding processes. New hires could only proceed at a trickle, limiting what should have been a healthy growth rate.
