Employee Referral Sales Submission

The Simplify Compliance Employee Referral Program encourages and rewards referral sales from employees across the organization. Our employees are often our best brand and product ambassadors and have diverse networks across businesses of all types.

Here's how it works:
  1. Submit your referral lead on the left - please include all mandatory fields and as much information as possible.
  2. Sales management will vet and assign your submission to an appropriate sales rep.
  3. The sales rep will work the lead and may reach out to you if more information is needed.
  4. If the referral leads to a sale, the submitting employee will receive a 5% cash incentive from the sale price upon payment.
