Trends in Training New Methods for a COVID-19 World

During 2020, we surveyed more than 300 HR professionals on their organization's approach to employee training, including common challenges, most popular training methods, essential training areas, how they expect their approaches to change going forward, and much more.

Nearly 75% of respondents reported that their main method of training was in-person presentations by staff, but many are making the transition to online or digital learning. Close to half of respondents said they thought the importance of training would increase in the next 12-18 months. They also shared their insights on the most popular types of social learning, use cases for personalized training, methods for measuring the efficacy of training, and more.
